2023 年 5月，HYUKOH 和落日飛車在加平郡的 Music Village 1939 舉行了一次自主創作營，開啟兩組人馬的音樂創作之旅，由 OHHYUK（HYUKOH）在國國（落日飛車）的 Demo 上加入主旋律後，兩團再一起完成編曲。專輯的第一首歌《Kite War》是兩團在加平郡第一次即興合奏的成果，而最後一曲《2F 年轻人》更直接取用在創作營時的錄音，一前一後展現了雙方合作的結晶。DQM 導演的《2F 年轻人》MV 完整捕捉了成員們當時的喜悅。此為期一周的旅行，成為後續推動他們在濟州島、首爾和加平郡繼續協作音樂的動力源頭，也立下此張專輯「音樂流浪者集團」造型方向的基石。
