Kakuzou Shochu Sake_Junmai Ginjo der vertraut wirkt und dennochThe Kakuzou Shochu from Omoya Shuzo is a genuine Iki Shochu, as it comes directly from Iki Island, the birthplace of barley shochu (mugi). It is a Genshu Shochu with 41% vol., i. e. an undiluted Shochu with a particularly unique and complex taste. It impresses with intense notes of roasted barley, almost reminiscent of popcorn. Aged for over eight years in steel tanks, this shochu is particularly well rounded. Only 1,000 bottles of Kakuzou are
