Vintage Silver Plated Shell Dish With Frosted Glass Liner Cutlery In 1920 the star markThis item is an open silver plated shell dish with removable frosted glass shell liner. The dish has a repousse rim and four repousse feet underneath. The dish was manufactured by William James & Myatt & Co., Birmingham using their Manco Plate trade name. The firm was established in 1895 but had its last registry in 1947. The dish is impressed underneath, Manco Plate. The dish has a few patina spots and will require a polishing. The frosted glass
