Shiraz 2023, Ministry of Clouds Gift Card and it's full of brightThis is very much a new wave expression of Australian Shiraz, focusing on freshness and floral aromas rather than jammy fruit profiles. Fruit comes from two vineyards, one in Blewitt Springs and a younger more structured and fragrant parcel from the shallow old bedrock of our their own estate Onkaparinga Rocks vineyard. Beautifully high definition blackberry fruit, cool acidity and subtle flecks of licorice here.
